Semen must meet World Health Organization (WHO) “normal semen analysis” parameters in order to be eligible for the Guarantee: total concentration greater than 15 million / ml, motility greater than 40%, morphology greater than 4%;
There must be no uterine receptivity or other medical contraindications to pregnancy to be eligible for the Guarantee;
A guarantee of 2 blastocysts is offered on our Embryo Guarantee Plan.
Surgically derived sperm and / or pre-implantation genetic screening (PGS) negates any guarantee.
